MINUTES OF GOD’S GRACE 4th BOARD MEETING ON THE 22ND JULY,2015

Attendance:

The meeting commenced by 2pm, and the members in attendance are listed above.

Opening prayers were said by iya sule, and the agenda for the meeting was read.

Agenda:

Opening prayer

Reading of agenda.

Nomination and election of officials.

Matters arising.

Collection of dues and group account savings.

Closing prayer.

After the agenda was read by tuface(who acted as the interim secretary), he asked for nomination for the group’s executive’s positions.

The house unanimously nominated dbanj as the chairman, and also had the same unison with regards to the other positions. Tuface was confirmed as the secretary, Kanye west as the treasurer, and iya sule as the chief whip.

Immediately commencing his duties, dbanj briefed the group members about the relationship the group and the bank is forging. What the roles of the executives are, and what each member is expected to do in order to ensure the smoothness of the transaction.

The chairman introduced the bank’s executive in the person of Mr. Kpesky, who was told to tell the group members about the intricacies of the group loan, and how soon the loan will be disbursed.

It was agreed that the group members will save 10,000 naira every week for the group savings, and 1,000naira for compulsory savings into their personal accounts, and 500naira for their dues account.

Lateness and unruly behavior were stated as intolerant, and was given a fine tag of 200naira.

As for Any Other Business, queen Elizabeth stated that she would like punctuality to be taken seriously, because she could not afford to leave her shop for too long unattended to.

Mrs oshiomole said that the executive should make provisions for refreshment at the weekly meetings. The chairman and the treasurer said they will look into that, to see how they could make that possible without negatively affecting the group’s financial standing.

The motion for the closure of the meeting was moved by iya sule, and was seconded by beyonce.

Closing prayer was said by beyonce.

Meeting ended by 3:15 pm.
